Then the last week will be a single elimination event with a best of 5 with handicap based on your league ending rating. Players don't have to show up in all 10 weeks to play in the league. You can show up any week and still be able to place into the draw and play in the last week single elimination handicap money game.

Weekly Format
For each Saturday during the league period, you need to text Nic at 865-441-7448 or email Nic at avrnic2012@gmail.com whether or not you will show up to play before 10:00 a.m. on that Saturday. You can text or email ahead like Friday or something. This is important for Nic to do the draw for the week.
Competition will start at 10:30 a.m. If we start running late, we may need to start at 10:00 a.m.
Then the players who show up will be grouped into a group of 3 or 4 or 5 players per group based on their rating and play a round robin competition. Each point that you win will go to your total points earned bucket. For an example, if you play three matches and you have lost all three matches with scores of 11:7, 11:7, 11:7, you will still earn 63 points (7 point per game x 9 games) in a group of 4 situation. So every point counts!
In addition, your group results will affect your league rating. If you have an USATT rating, we will use it as your league starting rating. If not, we will give you an estimate to start.
The Final Week Handicap Money Round Single Elimination Game
The very last week 4/12, there will be just one single elimination event. Based on your league rating after 9 weeks, you will be randomly drawn into a single elimination event. Each match will be best of 5 games. For each game, handicap points will be awarded to the lower rated player using 1 point per 150 rating points difference with a cap of 4 handicap points at the most.
League Awards and Prizes
Medal awards to the top 4 players who earned the most points at the end of the 9th week, so every point win counts! If there is any tie-break situation, a single game of 7 points between the tied players will settle the tie-break in the final week.
